About me
My drive comes from a growing awareness of the threats posed by the current neoliberal, patriarchal system, where ego and logic often dominate. Power is concentrated in the hands of a few who continue to gain wealth and influence at the expense of the majority. Meanwhile, our planet is being depleted, with devastating impacts on people's lives becoming increasingly evident. At the same time, there are inspiring initiatives emerging with the potential to make a real difference. My soul’s mission is to encourage openness and soften egos, and through this mission, I would love to support initiatives that counteract these aforementioned threats, help bridge the gap between rich and poor, and promote equal opportunities.
I worked at KPN for 18 years in various roles, including approximately 15 years in management and strategy. My last two positions were as Director of Telfort (where I was responsible for the brand's P&L) and EVP Retail (overseeing more than 100 KPN stores). In Q4 2023, I started my entrepreneurial journey, offering my services as an interim manager and change manager. From Q4 2023 to Q3 2024, I led a change program for BAM NL. Recently, I expanded my services to include (team) coaching in addition to interim management and fractional CMO/CCO/CEO roles.
While my achievements as an entrepreneur have been modest so far, I’m proud to have secured my first assignments through my direct network and to have sold my first coaching programs.
In recent years, I have also invested significantly in my personal development through training programs such as NLP, Coaching, and Family Constellations, and I am trained as a Holistic Therapist.
As an entrepreneur I support enterprises with

I consider myself a generalist, with broad expertise developed through marketing and
commercial roles across different functions. While I have 18 years of experience in the telecom sector, my focus has consistently been on areas that are widely applicable across industries, such as strategic marketing, brand management, retail and organizational development. This background enables me to adapt quickly to new sectors and bring versatile insights that support growth and innovation.
My professional strengths align closely with fostering IDGs, particularly in areas such as leadership, collaboration, and resilience. I believe that by empowering individuals and teams to grow internally, they can more effectively contribute to broader organizational and societal goals. Personally, I am a generalist at heart and am enthusiastic about contributing to almost all SDGs. From environmental sustainability to educational access, I am motivated by the opportunity to support initiatives that drive meaningful, positive change across multiple dimensions.
