I work to contribute to the transition to a new economy that is regenerative and inclusive.
I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation and positive social and environmental impact.
I’m focused on driving transformation across 3 key pillars.
Pillar 1 - I major in helping medium to large enterprises (think those in the millions of revenue) transform to a more sustainable and circular operating model.
Pillar 2 - I minor in helping transformative ventures for good to grow.
Pillar 3 - Then my hobby is working to develop the broader ecosystems for creating impact to enable and accelerate this process.
While allergic to labels, the best term to describe me is a strategist. Meanwhile, I’ve also got a bit of entrepreneur in me, some operational nous and some sales and commercial skills.
What this means it that I am adept at cutting through complexity and lots of data, and finding pathways to both the creation of positive impact and concurrently driving commercial success. Alongside this, I have a strong nose for identifying unique opportunity and then operationalising these findings into practical implementation steps.
The intersection of my work with startups and larger organisations means that I’m able to track innovations and add value to both client types.
I work across a range of sectors, but right now, I’m focusing on two in particular, based on their intersection of large potential impact and my interest area:
Food and agriculture - The sector represents around one quarter of greenhouse gas emissions. I’m big into food.
Creative, entertainment and media - I spent nearly a decade professionally and prior to that nearly another decade as an amateur in this world. As we see climate change continuing to permeate Hollywood and beyond, there is huge potential for global impact due to the influence and size of the platforms these brands and individuals have.
