About me

As the son of an entrepreneur in horticulture, I have always had the ambition to develop and improve the world around me. After the early loss of my parents, I grew into someone who is responsible, social, and independent, with a positive approach to challenges and a natural talent for creating harmony in groups.

In my career, I've developed as a strategic advisor, starting with professionalizing relatively small companies in the horticultural sector and progressing to advising multinational companies with more than 2,000 employees and over 10 subsidiaries worldwide. As a partner in various consulting firms (Hillenraad Partners, Delta Focus), I've contributed to the development of organizations by focusing on people, planet, and profit.

My broad experience as a generalist is most valuable in horticulture, agriculture, business services, consulting firms, engineering firms, and the manufacturing industry.

Socially, I have contributed as chairman of a cultural center and by being active in a foundation raising money for a specific type of childhood cancer.
With my antennas for innovation and trends, I help leaders tap into the latest relevant developments in technology, society, and organization. I teach them to think and act more agile and regenerative, making use of exponential forces.

Through my company name Keyfinder (referring to singing/acting in the same key), I strive to have people work together in harmony towards meaningful goals.

I combine the skills of a consultant, trainer, coach, and interim manager, depending on what the situation requires. Through my analytical approach and practical mindset, I help leaders develop their teams, find new solutions, and transform ambitions into concrete results.
