I support entrepreneurs in realizing their growth ambitions. Navigating the world of investors and successfully raising funding can be very difficult, and I help them with that.

About me

For over two years, I dedicated myself to building my own startup in the vertical farming sector. Together with a team that eventually grew to eight people, we worked tirelessly to develop a cutting-edge indoor farming system. As CEO/CFO, I oversaw the entire organization, with a particular focus on hardware development, securing financing, and shaping the overall strategy. We achieved several major milestones: raising over €1.5 million in funding, expanding to eight full-time employees, and successfully building and operating our demo farm for over a year. Unfortunately, due to rising electricity prices during our €5 million Series A financing round, we had to make the tough decision to shut down the company in October 2022.

My passion lies in working alongside entrepreneurs in dynamic, fast-paced environments. With a strong focus on the bigger picture, my financial expertise allows me to add real value to companies looking to scale. I thrive on collaborating with innovative, often early-stage businesses, fully understanding the challenges of building something from the ground up. I’ve experienced firsthand how difficult it is—and how essential it is to have the right people by your side. Working with visionary founders energizes me, and I find great joy in helping them build a better version of our world. That’s what drives me.

How I help customers

Growth ambitions often cost money. I can help entrepreneurs by first getting clear on what their growth ambitions are, and more importantly, why. Once we have established this, we can start to draw up a timeline to achieve their ambition. With a clear timeline, it is then necessary to build an extensive financial model to see what their growth ambition will cost, but especially what it will bring to their company and its stakeholders.
