What I do
I train and support impact-driven companies to strengthen their commercial foundation and increase their social impact.
About me
After three years of training in working with your intuition, I've come to believe that we all have a deep desire in our DNA to do good and make the world a better place.
That's why, together with like-minded experts and investors, I became a steward-owner of Generous Minds. A collective that integrates Money & Minds to support the long-term success of impact-driven entrepreneurs. I'm also part of the team that enjoys developing our cooperative (inter)nationally.
Besides developing our cooperative, as a Mind, I support impact-driven companies and professionals in their growth. I do this in three roles:
• As a commercial trainer (Authentic selling & negotiating)
• As a commercial advisor (see deliverables for sample topics)
• And as an interim professional (Commercial, Project, and Funding Campaign Manager)
My background
After completing my Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Amsterdam, I started working as a freelancer. I consciously chose to gain experience in various sectors to learn what energizes me most (travel, utility, accelerator branche). Over the years, I've worked closely with my clients, allowing me to develop my skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, sales, partnerships, and marketing. I learned the valuable lesson of achieving great results with minimal resources. In a short time, I became familiar with the startup, scale-up, and corporate sector.
After a wonderful collaboration with these teams, my passion for learning led me to Growth Tribe, a digital training company that teaches companies technological skills (e.g., Growth Hacking, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning) that enable them to grow faster. When I joined in 2018, we were with 25 people, and within two years, we had grown to 120. Four years later, I'm glad I was part of their blitz scaling journey. It was fun, insightful, and simultaneously challenging and difficult. Here, I developed my commercial, project, and team management skills to the next level.
Since 2017, I've been exploring the topic of authenticity out of personal interest. It continues to amaze me how much more efficiently and collaboratively we work together when we take off our masks. That's why I attend a training every year to explore this topic further. I also apply these principles daily in all my work.
I look forward to collaborating with many more impact-driven entrepreneurs, experts, and financiers through Generous Minds to create lasting impact! 🌏
