What I do

I train and support impact-driven companies to build their commercial foundation and increase their social impact.

About me

After three years of training in working with your intuition, I've come to believe that we all have a deep desire to do good and make the world a better place. The big question remains how to translate this into your daily professional and personal life.

Together with like-minded entrepreneurs, consultants, and investors, I joined Generous Minds, a collective that integrates Money & Minds to support the long-term success of impact-driven entrepreneurs. I'm grateful to be part of this unique collective and to be able to translate my desire to do good into my daily work.

After completing my Bachelor's degree in Organizational Science, a minor in IBA in Shanghai, and my Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, I started working as a freelancer for three companies: Bohemian Birds (Travel Agency), Succes Fou (Start-up Accelerator), and CrossOver (Bottom-up Design Thinking). Over the years, I worked closely with the founders of these companies, allowing me to develop my skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, sales, partnerships, and marketing. In a short time, I became familiar with the startup, scale-up, and corporate sector.

Thereafter my passion for learning led me to Growth Tribe. Growth Tribe is an academy that aims to address the current digital skills gap and teaches society technological skills (growth hacking, data science, AI, machine learning) that can help them grow their organizations. When I joined in 2018, we were with 25 people. During my time at Growth Tribe, we grew to 120 within two years. Four years later, I'm glad I was part of their blitz scaling journey. It was fun, insightful, and simultaneously challenging. Here, I developed my commercial skills to the next level and created my own way of doing "authentic business."

Authentic because I believe people and teams collaborate best when we take off our masks. This topic has fascinated me for years, which is why I attend a training course every year to explore it further.

Today, I enjoy training and advising impact-driven companies on building a healthy commercial foundation based on high-performance teams, enabling them to scale their social impact 🌏
