About me
Andrew Ross is a strategic advisor in the construction and infrastructure sector. Born in England to a Scottish father and a Dutch mother, he grew up in a multilingual and multicultural environment. International work experience and travel have shaped his vision on collaboration, culture, and sustainability. Even back then, he recognized the challenge of how humanity interacts with nature.
Andrew has extensive experience in complex environments where design, technology, and execution converge. At Strukton International, he co-initiated Depot of the Future, which he helped develop into an international business in Europe and Asia. At HOCHTIEF, he led the Design department and contributed to winning a large-scale infrastructure project in the Netherlands. Recently, he worked at Nexplore on organizational and business growth, including product portfolio development, go-to-market for external clients, and guiding a new product from concept to investment.
In the current phase of his career, Andrew consciously applies his experience to entrepreneurs and organizations working on innovation in the construction and infrastructure sector. Enabling people to collaborate effectively and grow together is at the heart of his drive. He also enjoys connecting the various disciplines needed to realize construction innovations.
