What I do
I'm a venture builder specialist, a strategic entrepreneur who enjoys building (relatively) new companies and projects from the ground up and making them scalable. I combine market insights, product vision, and operational acumen to transform ideas into viable ventures.
About me
Originally from the Netherlands, I now live in Madrid. From a young age, I felt the need to broaden my horizons and say "yes" to new challenges. This led me to entrepreneurship, world travel, living abroad, and many wonderful experiences that were on my bucket list. That urge to explore has shaped my life and my work.
My three sons are what drive me most. I strongly believe in leading by example. That's why I joined Generous Minds: with like-minded people, you can truly build and create greater impact in the long term. I'm passionate about supporting entrepreneurs who want to realize their mission.
After a period in the corporate world, I (co-)founded and sold two companies. I've also mentored and advised countless start-ups through their growth and investment phases.
I feel at home in international environments and enjoy working with technology-driven companies, whether in IT, AI, or emerging domains. What matters is that the mission is sound and the entrepreneurs strive for a positive impact.

I help entrepreneurs identify opportunities, validate business models, assemble multidisciplinary teams, and guide their startups through all growth phases—from concept and MVP to traction, financing, and successful scaling.
With a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on execution, I can continuously create value for entrepreneurs, empowering them to make choices that truly align with them and their mission, including making difficult decisions where you sometimes need someone to walk alongside you. I enjoy working personally and with commitment, empowering entrepreneurs to confidently build their business and social mission.
